The present book is the 3rd volume of the Series "Mathematical Library", edited by the Union of Bulgarian Mathematicians (UBM). By it the UBM continues the initiative to popularize Mathematics and to develop activities in favor of students and teachers. The book contains the problems and the solutions from the last six editions of the most prestigious competitions in Bulgaria: the Winter Mathematical Competition, the Spring Mathematical Tournament and the final two rounds of the National Olympiad. All problems are original and their authors are members of the Team for extra curricula research, which is a specialized body of the UBM, providing for the scientific part of the competitions.
